[mpls] Early MIB Doctor Review Request

Hi chairs,

I think that draft-ietf-mpls-p2mp-te-mib-03.txt is substantially stable and 
that it would benefit from an *early* MIB Doctor review. That is, not a full 
and detailed review (which would be premature and a waste of MIB Dr. time), 
but an overview review of the shape of the MIB modlue and in case we are 
doing anything very bad.

Could you please initiate the review by sending a request to the MIB 
Doctors?
