Hi,

New in this revision are just:

- Section 4.6 to show how the tables from this module and the
  other MPLS MIB modules are related.
- Section 5 to show an example of how to use the MIB.

Hopefully this will make the module easier for people to read and review.

Other changes are just boilerplate and format.
