Hi,

Even though we originally intended that it would be
nice to accomplish partial make-before-break
with changing some identifier which only related to
changing portion of the tree and without changing
identifier which related to rest of unchanged portion
of the tree, I agree this is a little bit over-specified requirement.

We will relax the requirement a little bit.
