[mpls] mpls wg review of draft-ietf-pwe3-control-protocol-16.txt

All,

the pwe3 working group has requested that the mpls working
group reviews the draft-ietf-pwe3-control-protocol-16.txt.

This review is mainly done to ensure that the extensions and
changes of the LDP protocol that has been proposed are done
in such away that they don't effect the LDP in general in a
negative way.
The correct use and understanding of the LDP spec is also
within scope of this review.

Internet Draft nits and the pros and cons of pseudowires
are not within scope.

Send the comments to the mpls wg chairs and the mpls wg
mailing list before COB May 4th.
