[mpls] LDP implementation survey

All,

some time ago the draft-thomas-mpls-ldp-survey2002-00.txt
it is a republish of the implementor survey we did in 2002.

We need this information to take LDP to Draft Standard.

IMPORTANT!!!!

If there are more implementors that have information, please
fill in the survey form in Appendix B in the draft and send
it to the working group chairs.

If you want to supply such info anonymously send the completed
form to Scott Bradner <sob@harvard.edu>.
