[mpls] what routing protocols have what to do with QoS?

Hi SP,

If you need it I could send you a small stack which
tunnels anything in HTTP.

It is automagically bidirectional :) 
(ofcourse one side has to initiate the connection)

and it also traverses any proxy (including content
filters)
