[mpls] status of the draft-raggarwa-mpls-rsvp-te-p2mp-01.txt

All,

an earlier version of the
draft-raggarwa-mpls-rsvp-te-p2mp-01.txt
were discussed in San Diego, we also asked the
room if ther were support for making this a working
group document. There were a very good support for
this, since then the editors has also asked for
support for making this a working group document
on the mailing list.

We missed the cut off date, due to last minutes
updates.

I've asked the editors to republish the draft as
a working group draft after the Washington meeting.
