Alex,

I'm not sure about the procedures for this. The working group has
earlier requested that draft-ietf-mpls-ldp-mtu-extensions-02.txt
should be published as an RFC on the standards track.

Due to lack of known implementations we would like to change
this request to publishing this draft as an experimental RFC.
