editor team for a merged p2mp-te draft

Working group,

at the IETF meetings in Seoul and Minneapolis we have been working
to make the authors behind the two proposals for a Traffic Enginered
Point to Multi-Point solutions come up with a merged solution.

We are happy to say that real progress has been made in this direction
and we have decided to appoint an "editor team" consiting of

    Dimitri Papadimitriou
    Rahul Aggarwal
    Seisho Yasukawa

The two groups of authors have acceoted this and we have good hopes that
a first version of the merged draft released shortly.
