I note that you have not  raised a technical objection to the added content,
so I don't really see that there is an issue.

In determining  how much detail to  put in, I was  guided by draft-bellovin-
useipsec-02.txt, which  gives an  example of how  much detail  is desirable.
Since the object  of this exercise is to get Steve  Bellovin to withdraw his
objection, it seems reasonable to follow the guidelines of that draft ;-)

Unless  you have  a technical  objection, we  should focus  on  whether more
detail is necessary in order to get through the IESG.
