Temporary Registy for LSP-ATTRIBUTE flags

All,

I have created a temporary registry for flags in the new LSP Attribute Flags TLV and RRO
Attribute Flags RRO subobject as defined in draft-ietf-mpls-rsvpte-attributes.

Please note that this is a temporary and provisional registry. It does not replace the
IANA registration of these flags. Implementers are advised that an entry in this temporary
registry does not guarantee the use of a particular bit in the final RFC.

This registry does provide a place to register provisional bit assignments so that
experimental implementations may hope to interwork and so that new Internet Drafts may
suggest bit numbers that do not conflict.
