Correction of Explicit Null specification in RFC 3032

But how is the inner LSP established? Presumably a node (say D)
downstream of C has distributed a label for say FEC G to C. And FEC
G must be a subset of FEC F. If that is the case then C should
remove the FEC G elements from its set of FEC F elements before
issuing Explicit Null.
