[mpls] working group last call on draft-ietf-mpls-oam-frmwk-01.txt

this is to initiate a working group last call on
draft-ietf-mpls-oam-frmwk-01.txt.

Please send your comments to the mailing list or the
working group chairs.

The draft originates in merging of two separate MPLS
OAM approaches, therefore it would be good to have also
comments in support of the draft.

To give time for comments during the holiday season the
working group last call ends on January 19th 11.59PM PST.
