Martini Label Withdraw/Release

Hi,
   According to section 5.3 of  draft-martini-l2circuit-trans-mpls-10.txt   "The interface parameters field MUST NOT be present in any LDP VC label withdrawal message or release message "
If a Label Release/withdraw Message containing interface parameter is sent to PE LSR what will be the expected behavior of the PE LSR. Will it generate notification message or will silently discard the message ?
