initiating a discussion on mpls singaling protocols

i definitely support the idea to progress rsvp-te on
the standard track and cr-ldp as informational only 

deployment reports (from the user community) can also 
help here (in addition, development report as delivered 
by the gmpls survey should also give a good orientation 
to the discussion)
