suggested clarification to intro parts of draft-ietf-mpls-lsp -ping-01

Bora:

Do I understand this correctly, in pipe mode, you MAY copy the TTL from
inner to outer LSP at the ingress? But as it is pipe mode, you would not
copy TTL back at the egress?
