badloose / no route available error

You misunderstand me.

I am not saying that you generate this error whenever you get a Path 
without an ERO.  I mean a route-table lookup failure will produce this 
error when there is no ERO.  But a route-table lookup failure will 
produce bad-strict-route or bad-loose-route when there is an ERO.
