R bit and A bit in ADMIN_STATUS object

Is there anyone who can tell me what are these two bits in ADMIN_STATUS object?
 
I got them from when connection teardown initiated by UNI-C(source/destination) as well as destination UNI-N --D&R bit set in ADMIN_STATUS  object and that initiated by UNI-N(source) -- A&R bit set in ADMIN_STATUS  object.
