         I do not think so. The packets entering
the MPLS network are attached via "glue" MIBs
and a common PWE MIB that has general
counters like the ones you would find in  a
revised FTN MIB. The glue MIBS show how the
native service MIB (i.e.: enet, frame, etc...) is attached
to the MPLS LSR or MPLS TE MIBs. The counts
for packets/cells entering via the service-side are
counted there. The LSP counters are kept in
the MPLS MIBs as usual. Take a look at the new version
of the PWE framework document. I have detailed how this
works there. Alternatively, you can read over the PWE MIBs
that are out.
