Does Cisco and Juniper both use GLAs?

Hi:

I would appreciate if somebody can tell me that

1. If Cisco use just Global Label Allocation (GLA) or does it also use 
Interface specific "Label Spaces" ?

2. If Juniper use just Global Label Allocation (GLA) or does it also use 
Interface specific "Label Spaces" ?

3. Is there any other vendor that use Interface specific "Label Spaces"?
