Per-Connection policing vs Aggregate policing -In the L-LSP/E-LSPcontext

Two thoughts on per-connection vs per-aggregate policing:

1. I would assume that the reason anyone would use E-LSP would
be to take advantage of the Diffserv architecture - this
implies no per-connection policing or scheduling
treatment at the LSRs. Otherwise, you might as well use L-LSP.

2. Though each LSR may treat E-LSPs as Diffserv aggregates,
it is still possible to perform per-connection admission
control on each aggregate within an E-LSP.
