Hello,
I also think there is no problem in sending back a Loop detected notification.This
notification is not going to go beyond the peer as the peer will record that
notifciation received and may retry the request. Also,
if we don't send the notification the sender has no way of knowing the fate of his
Request message, as LDP
does not have timeouts for requests.The sender may be in Response Awaited state
indefinetly.

 Correct me if I am wrong
