it is pretty hard to implement af without wfq and red or something that
closely resembles them.

nothing, but bandwidth (especially international) so far has not been
free.

i can't quite figure out why this outburst to my email, where i gave a
simple example on how rpr doesn't support af.  i very well understand
that not everyone needs that capability and is happy with rpr rings.
