Khuzema,

The TE MIB at transit nodes should (normally) be seen as read-only from an SNMP
point of view.  It is, therefore, updated by the protocol code.

Note that the exception is for 'static' LSPs where information about the LSPs
could be written to the TE MIB at transit nodes.
