There are SNMP MIBs for element/device management,
but to gather stats on a complete MPLS LSP (for example) there is
nothing for that, except to query each device individually.

There is also a MIB to configure and manage the MPLS LDP protocol,
draft-ietf-mpls-ldp-mib-07.

There have been a few attempts to have COPS work
adopted by the MPLS working group but to my knowledge these have
not been successful.

One draft you may want to check out is:

draft-franr-mpls-cops-00.txt
