The theme of this invited session is:

"New Technologies and Important issues in the Internet",

which include but not limited to the following topics:
    * MPLS and MPLambdaS
    * Traffic Engineering
    * QoS
    * VPN
    * Circuit Emulation or Circuit Cross-Connect
    * Optical Networking
    * MAN
    * Content distribution network and Video/audio streaming

IMPORTANT DATES

- Mar. 7, 2001. Submission of extended abstract (500-1500 words) or
  full paper (2000-2500 words), in English, text or word or pdf format.
- Mar. 21, 2001. Deadline for papers acceptance.
- April 13, 2001. Deadline for camera-ready papers: hard copies and
  electronic versions.

CONFERENCE FEES

The conference fees will be $330 on April 13, 2001 or before, 
and $380 after April 13, 2001. This fee will include:

- A CD-ROM version of the proceedings 
- One volume of the hard copy version of the Conference Proceedings.
  (Other volumes will be available with a 30% of discount for participants) 
- Coffee breaks 
- Welcome Reception
