I.e., your customers vs. our suppliers?

For service providers who don't want further OAM capabilities, fine, do with 
what you have and don't implement anything that many others feel they need.

This is not yet about OAM solutions, that is the *next* step.  First agree
on requirements.  Requirements presented at the BoF are not met -- many SPs
feel these need to be satisfied and the work go forward.
