Are there any drafts/RFCs for implementing MPLS over OSI networks ?. One
method is to use GRE encapsulation to tunnel IP packets inside CLNP packets
(RFC 3147) because most of the label distribution protocols use tcp/ip. This
way the label distribution can happen within a OSI network . What happens to
the forwarding of CLNP packets based on labels ?. Is there any Shim label
format for this ??.  What could be various approaches to implement this ??
