currently there is none but there are some implementations in which
user can specify exculde nodes or addresses while configuring Explicit path
for a tunnel.
Cspf takes care of these exclude nodes/addresses while calculating complete
path. 
It achieves the purpose though.

In RSVP-TE, ERO can make Path message
transmit according a dedicated route. 
Is there a way for the Path message transmitting
along a route excluding dedicated nodes?
