Lately, I've apparently been having a lot of trouble with
imprecision. The term "LSP" is redundant and should be
removed. In any case, there should be a consistent usage.
I get a chance to fix minor editing issues like this before
the draft actually gets published as an RFC (which should
happen really soon).
The concept of NHCB (or NHCBP) is not vestigial and
will not be removed. The reason for the keeping this data
was already spelled out in the reference to page 6 below.
