Correction:

  The addresses advertised by router A to router B should be any which
  can appear in router B's routing table as a next hop address for
  router A.

The issue here is that if router A is an RFC 2547 MPLS VPN PE, it should
not be advertise addresses for interfaces which are links to CE routers.
