New MPLS Charter?

It would have been nice if someone had pointed it out to me.

This goes further toward shutting down MPLS than anything we discussed
in the past.  

If it is to be taken literally then *none* of the drafts into this
meeting belong in MPLS.  

Please let us know how to proceed.
