A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories.

	Title : Policy-Based Load-Balancing in Traffic-Engineered MPLS
                          Networks
	Author(s)	: S. Wright, F. Reichmeyer, R. Jaeger, M. Gibson
	Filename	: draft-wright-mpls-te-policy-00.txt
	Pages : 13
	Date : 26-May-00

This document considers the application of policy based traffic
engineering techniques to load-balancing in MPLS networks. The
objective is not to mandate a specific policy, but to (a) provide an
example of a policy based approach to a traffic engineering problem
and (b) elucidate a range of potential policies related to load
balancing as a traffic engineering objective as guidance for the
development of a Policy Information Base (PIB) for MPLS networks.

NOTE:	The mail server at ietf.org can return the document in
MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility. To use this
feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
command. To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.

Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
Internet-Draft.
