Hi,

New draft ldp-08.txt differs from ldp-07.txt only in that it removes
support for 17-bit DLCIs as labels for Frame Relay.

This change was made to address an issue brought up during the recently
concluded LDP last call, and is compatible with the recently posted
draft-ietf-mpls-fr-06.txt (Use of Label Switching on Frame Relay
Networks Specification").
