There is one more way of establish an MPLS-LSP 
to traverse an ATM network by peering with it using the
VCID Notification procedures in draft-ietf-mpls-vcid-atm-05.txt.
In this model, though the MPLS directly peers with the ATM cloud
but uses the ATM signaling for establishing the VCs for the LSP.
